Pokemon biscuits

Yups, I had a productive afternoon making Pokemon biscuits. If you want to try making these, here's how I did it.

1. Spread some jam on digestive biscuits then sandwich them together.
2. Mix up some buttercream, basically put a small amount of butter in a bowel and whisk in icing sugar until it tastes sweet but not....buttery
3. Spread the buttercream over the top of your digestive sandwiches, it will hold the icing on firmly
4. Grab some roll out icing and break of a chunk, roll it into a ball, make a well and fill it with red food coloring. Knead it until its a nice red colour then roll it out flat.
5. Grab some of the pre rolled white icing and start cutting out circles from it and the red stuff. I used a small glass. Then cut your circles in half to make the two sides of the pokeballs. You can lay them down on top of the buttercream on the biscuits.
6. Keep a little bit of the red icing for Pikachu's cheeks. For the face, I gently brushed the yellow food colouring over some white circles then lay them onto the buttercream surface. Then use black tubed icing to add Pikachu's mouth and eyes, and the markings on the Pokeballs.
